If your organization is hosting a conference or trade show in the Central Florida area, keep Heart of Florida United Way in mind after your event. Contact us and our Volunteer Resource Center will come to your conference location to collect leftover conference materials, displays, tchotchkes or cleaning supplies. This keeps you from having to make logistical plans for discarding excess materials and helps us obtain much-needed supplies.

If you or your company has a surplus of office supplies, cleaning products, home improvement supplies, household goods or other new items, you can help support local nonprofit agencies by arranging a large-scale, in-kind donation. To arrange a donation, please contact GIKC@HFUW.org.

Instead of throwing it all away or arranging to ship it back, the Gifts In Kind Center will pick up all leftover supplies to support area non-profits.
