In 2016, Evicore healthcare Senior Manager and current operations manager Doug Pallister approached Custom Audio Video about designing a new AV, lighting and shading system for their executive boardroom space. They had various systems in place that were constantly broken or not used due to a lack of user friendly controls. While having an in house, very capable IT department, they were struggling with hosting or participating in productive meetings because of dated or non-functioning equipment. Custom Audio Video was able to design and implement a system that was both technically competent and incredibly simple for the end user. “We have access to all of this stuff here but none of it works and no one knows how to work it if it did work” was the beginning conversation with Doug that got the ball rolling. We had to design a system that met their diverse needs, they have offices in California, Massachusetts, Florida, Connecticut, Tennessee and Colorado that all need to communicate with the Bluffton office. After installing a 3X3 video wall with NEC 55” monitors, Crestron control system lighting and shades, Shure MXA ceiling array microphone system and complete integration with their Cisco telepresence system, Doug and his colleagues could not be happier. “The 9 screen (3 x 3) video wall CAV installed is working out great. With the 5 different inputs it allows us to display across multiple screens at the same time, to include WebEx. Thanks again to you and your team for all the great work.”
