As you know, I was recently curious about the best way to display the cover art from my iTunes library on my TV’s. Codey brought me up to date on the available technology choices and took the time to demonstrate them to Patty and me in your store. In short order, we had AppleTV installed on a new bedroom TV which we had also purchased from you on Codey’s advice to replace another, older TV which had “gone way.”
Seeing the full features of AppleTV first hand and surfing the menu convinced us to get two more for existing Hi-Def TV’s in the house, one of which is our “main” TV in the family room (which Codey had recently helped us select after a major remodeling project). James installed the two AppleTV’s Monday (you recommended that we wait for Gen II), and I can’t tell you how far beyond my expectations they’re performing. Without boring you with details of how I’ve programmed the display, let me simply say, “It’s sensational!”
As long-standing customers of CAV, I applaud you for the stability of your staffing. We’ve known most of the guys for years, and within that continuity of service is embedded a commitment to excellence in technical advice, service, and the seamless integration of newer with existing technologies which provides opportunities to have the latest “stuff” without having to endure outrageous replacement costs. The quality of your work is unsurpassed, and I strongly believe that that’s a reflection of your own high standards, coupled with a corporate culture of having a truly dedicated and professional group of folks helping you make it all happen. I’ve never been anything but thoroughly satisfied with every encounter I’ve had with anybody at CAV.
